Rylee's New Home

We drove down to S. Cal last week to see Colby, Kristy, and Rylee's new home in Newport Beach. We brought some tools and muscle to help them get it ready for their move-in later this month.  Rylee has spent her first 8 months as an apartment dweller, so she enjoyed the new experience of picking the grass in her  very own front yard.

I'm sure she'll enjoy her new bedroom, too. It was pretty well prepped for painting by the time I got around to shooting it.

Now here's a sight that warms my heart... Colby doing yard work!

We took our lunch break at a Cuban restaurant. I loved their mojitos...

and Rylee enjoyed their guacamole.

Afterwards, I had a photo session with Rylee while everyone else worked on the house.

We're looking forward to using the guest room instead of a hotel the next time we visit Rylee.
